So i heard it’s one of the best pizza spots in NY, and it didn’t disappoint! The pizza was good! The L’Industrie comes with the creamy burrata, so milky and soft, and I loved the saucy base with fresh basil! (And you can drizzle some chili oil for the crust for extra kick) We went on a weekday and waited around 10–15 minutes in line. They will call your name by the counter when your pizza is ready and you can just go pick it up!
Who knew I needed crispy based pizza in my life! I enjoyed the crust as much as I did the main bit with toppings on. Very simple menu so they can serve everyone quickly. Cheap too. There’s always a queue outside this one! I walked past him when it wasn’t too big and didn’t have to wait too long.
Overall worth the hype! Perfectly crisp, ultra thin crust with a really well risen dough, perfect cheese to sauce to crust ratio, and not too salty. The tomato sauce is very simple and fresh - though I thought it could use just a bit more flavour. Sizes of the slices are reasonable, and since they're so thin, you should absolutely get at least two slices per person. The margherita and burrata were both great! The service was warm and impressively patient. Highly recommend this location if you're in Brooklyn! Tip: show up 15 minutes before they open to avoid overly long lines! Even though they're very efficient in moving people along, it was a much more enjoyable experience being ahead of the crowds and getting a spot to eat inside.
Needed to try the Brooklyn pizza when in the area. Rave reviews for the burrata pizza but I opted for the Margarita, hubby got pepperoni. Both perfectly crisp, thin as paper but great flavor. It was delicious. Not a place to sit so it’s standing or to go only.
The pizza is really good. I don't know what they did to the dough, but the crust is probably the best crust I've had. Very delicious pizza. It can get very crowded though. I went during the weekend and barely got a place to eat. The staff try their best to move everything along. I recommend giving this pizzeria a try.
